TalentCoach came to Lambda Films months before their platform launch — a service designed to connect emerging talent with experienced coaches and mentors, with a visual identity still being shaped and a lot to communicate before going live.
I came on board as designer and animator to help develop an animation style that could do a few things at once: explain a fairly abstract service clearly, feel warm and human, and be flexible enough to grow with the brand beyond the initial launch push.
That turned into six short-form animations covering different corners of the platform experience — each one focused on making the product feel approachable rather than technical — plus a longer cut that brought it all together as a full platform introduction.
